1) Mail us your orders using our order form provided
2) Plus-size Outlet will reply you with an confirmaton email with payment details included.
3) Please make payment within 36 hours. Please inform us with the ref no & time after you transfered.
4) Plus-size Outlet will reply you with an confirmation email after payment is received.

Plus-size Outlet Payment Mode
1) We only accept POSB/DBS bank transfer/ I-Banking.
2) We do meet-ups for payment also =)
3) NO conceal cash

Plus-size Outlet Collection Mode
1) Normal Postage: Postage Fees are from $0.50 to $3.50 depending on the weight of the item.
2) Registered Postage (Strongly recommended) : Normal postage + $2.40
3) We do meet-ups at Bedok/Tampines Mrt Station at our convenience time & day.

Terms & Conditions
1) All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will only make refunds when your items went OOS.
2) NO Payment = NO Orders
3) NO changes or cancellation of orders after orders are confirmed , no refund will be made.
4) Please note that all sprees will take 3 to 8 weeks of waiting time, so please order if you can wait.
5) Plus-size Outlet will not be responsible if there are any lost/mistakes/damages made by the supplier.
6) Plus-size Outlet will not be responsible if there are any lost/damges in the process of local postage.
7) Plus-size Outlet reserve the right to cancel any sprees due to poor response. Refunds will be made if payment is paid.
